Our experience spans a range of therapeutic approaches including conventional chemotherapeutics, small molecules targeting specific growth factor receptor pathways, antibodies to cancer-specific antigens, immune modulators, and vaccines.

Gastroenterology

KZE has demonstrated expertise supporting drugs and devices developed for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), functional dyspepsia, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Our experience spans a range of therapeutic approaches including novel drugs designed to target multiple disease symptoms, drugs targeting individual symptoms, and devices designed to correct GI dysfunction. Products supported include those targeting the serotonin (5-HT) system, opiate pathways, and neurokinin pathways.

Respiratory

KZE has extensive experience in support of drugs developed for the treatment of asthma and COPD, including inhaled corticosteroids, long-acting beta agonists, and phosphodiesterase inhibitors. Anti-infectives

KZE has an extensive background supporting products developed to treat both viral and bacterial infections, including HIV, herpes simplex, influenza, and secondary bacterial infections of the respiratory tract.
